Products purchased from Cloudhasty Private Limited may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Basic Refund Rules
We may collect contact information when you give your consent by filling any of the forms on our website which include Contact form, Support Tickets form, Signup Form, Login Form, Client Feedback, We provide a full refund to the source payment method if the product is cancelled within 14 days of the date of the transaction. Once the refund has been initiated, it may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your bank statement. We will also provide you a refund reference ID for full transparency.
Because of some reasons, if the refund is not possible to the source payment method, We will add the credit to your account. You may use it to purchase anything in Cloudhasty again. Subscriber form.
